BE DIFFERENT, BE MPL

As Transport Planner you are responsible for the daily management of road transports. You also ensure the administrative follow-up. In first instance you are responsible for accepting transport orders and ensuring the execution of the agreed transport orders. If agreed delivery times are not met, you take the necessary actions. You process customer and transport orders in the company system and prepare the necessary documents and planning. You take care of the follow up with the client on their shipments and will act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions. You use an extensive knowledge of the transport and logistics sector to make recommen-dations for good customer relations.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER

We are looking for a highly motivated candidate who has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. You are strong in communicating with various partners (customers and suppliers). You are solution oriented and can take the necessary decisions. You have strong PC skills (Navision, Excel) and as you will be frequently in contact with our HQ in Belgium, we expect you to speak and write English and Spanish fluently. We believe team spirit and personal development are key in this role and expect you to make a difference together with your colleagues. You like a healthy level of stress in your function and you are willing to work for an office in full expansion.
